STIIIZY agreed to a $2.95 million fund for customers whose names, addresses, dates of birth, government IDs, payment cards, and medical cannabis card details were exposed through a point-of-sale vendor in October 2024. You can claim up to $7,500 for documented losses, or a proportional cash payment with no paperwork. California class members get double the pro-rata share.
The claim deadline is September 10, 2026. STIIIZY disclosed the breach on January 7, 2025. The case is 2:25-cv-00490 in the Central District of California, and STIIIZY has not admitted wrongdoing. Two years of credit monitoring and up to $1 million in identity theft insurance are included.

How the payout amount is decided
Documented claims are paid first, up to $7,500 each, on receipts for unreimbursed bank fees, credit monitoring, or identity theft expenses. Whatever remains of $2.95 million after fees, costs, and those claims is split among pro-rata claimants, with each California claim counted twice. No estimate is published because the split depends on both the loss claims and the headcount.

- You received a breach notification from STIIIZY about the October 2024 incident.
- Or you believe your personal, health, financial, or identity information was compromised in the breach disclosed in January 2025.
When money arrives
The facts available do not list a final approval date. Payment follows court approval and any appeals after September 10, 2026, and the pro-rata math cannot run until documented claims are resolved.
