Lemonade agreed to a $10.5 million fund over claims that cybercriminals pulled driver's license numbers and other personal data out of its online insurance quote tool between April 2023 and September 18, 2024. You can claim a proportional cash payment, reimbursement of documented losses up to $10,000, or both.
The claim deadline is 11:59 p.m. Eastern on September 8, 2026. Proof is required for the loss claim. The case is 1:25-cv-04106-JHR-KHP in the Southern District of New York, and Lemonade disputes liability.

How the payout amount is decided
Documented-loss claims are paid first on records such as bank statements, credit reports, or letters from tax authorities, up to $10,000 each. The administrator has not published an estimate, so the number depends on the claim count.
