Open Class Action Settlements is built and run by the team behind Payout, the class action claim app, and is owned by PAYOUT LLC. The site does one thing: it lists what is paying out and when, with the fund size, the per-person estimate where an administrator has published one, how the amount is calculated, and the claim deadline.
Every case page links to the official settlement administrator or, for attorney intakes, to the law firm running the sign-up. That link is the place to file. Filing is free on every administrator site, and it is free through Payout as well. Payout never takes a cut of a payment.
We check each listed case against the official site and update the page when a deadline, estimate, or hearing date changes. The date at the bottom of each page is the last check.
Payout is a settlement-discovery app, not a law firm, and nothing here is legal advice. Eligibility, approval, and amounts are decided by the administrator or the court, never by us.
