Final approval was granted May 26, 2026 by the State Court of Fulton County, so this one is past the hearing stage. The claim deadline is September 14, 2026, and no documentation is required. The case is Bickerstaff v. SunTrust Bank, number 10EV010485, and SunTrust denies wrongdoing.

How the payout amount is decided
