Strides Pharma agreed to a fund of at least $750,000 to reimburse people who bought Strides-brand testosterone gel in the U.S. between June 1, 2022 and July 31, 2025. The refund rate depends on when you bought: 40% of out-of-pocket cost for June 1, 2022 through December 31, 2023, 75% for 2024, and 100% for January 1, 2025 through July 31, 2025.
The claim deadline is September 16, 2026. Documentation is required. The case is Painter v. Strides Pharma, 7:25-CV-4189 in the Southern District of New York, and Strides denies wrongdoing.

How the payout amount is decided
The administrator applies the percentage for each purchase date to what you paid out of pocket. If a prescription cost you less than $3.50, the administrator uses $3.50 as the floor before applying the rate. So a $40 fill in March 2024 returns $30; the same fill in February 2025 returns $40. Your proof must show who bought it, when, the Strides product or NDC number, and the amount paid.

- You are an individual who bought Strides testosterone gel in the U.S. for personal or household use between June 1, 2022 and July 31, 2025.

- You have an NDC number such as 64380015102 or 64380015202, or other proof the product was Strides.
- You have a pharmacy, insurer, or pharmacy-benefit-manager record or receipt showing the out-of-pocket amount.
When money arrives
