Google, Flo Health, and Flurry agreed to a combined $59.5 million fund over claims the Flo period-tracking app passed users' menstrual, fertility, and pregnancy data to Facebook, Google, and Flurry without consent. Google pays $48 million, Flo $8 million, and Flurry $3.5 million. Each claimant gets a pro-rata share, and California residents who prove residency get double.
The claim deadline is 11:59 p.m. Pacific on October 15, 2026. No documents are required for the standard claim. You attest under penalty of perjury. The case is Frasco v. Flo Health, 3:21-cv-00757 in the Northern District of California, and all three defendants deny wrongdoing.

How the payout amount is decided
After fees and costs, the administrator counts valid claims and splits the net fund evenly, with each California subclass claim counted as two shares. The per-person amount is unknown until claims close. Who qualifies
- You used the Flo app in the U.S. at any time between November 1, 2016 and February 28, 2019.
- You entered menstruation or pregnancy information during that period.
- You did not opt out by the July 20, 2025 exclusion deadline.
- California residents during the window can claim the double share with a driver's license, utility bill, or similar proof of residency.
