State Farm, number 03-CV-2024-901729.00 in the Circuit Court of Montgomery County, over total loss payments to Alabama policyholders that left out sales tax, county tax and tag and license fees. Anyone with an Alabama first-party total loss claim between November 7, 2018 and February 10, 2026 could file. Each verified claim pays a fixed $20.50 from a $1.2 million fund.
