Stanford Federal Credit Union, number 20cv367408, over charging two or more NSF fees on one ACH item or check, or an overdraft fee right after an NSF fee on the same item, between June 19, 2016 and September 22, 2025. No claim form exists. Payment is automatic and scaled to the number of qualifying fees you paid.
The opt-out and objection deadline was August 13, 2026. The final approval hearing is December 10, 2026, and the notice says payments follow that hearing.
