Teva Pharmaceutical agreed to a $35 million settlement over claims it delayed generic versions of its QVAR and QVAR RediHaler inhalers, keeping prices high. Consumers who bought QVAR in more than 40 states between January 1, 2015 and July 31, 2025 could file with no receipt. The fund splits 20.7 percent to consumers, $7,245,000, and 79.3 percent to health plans and insurers. The case is 1:23-cv-11131-NMG in the District of Massachusetts.
