Farmers Insurance Exchange over marketing calls and texts sent to numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry between October 8, 2020 and March 13, 2026. People who got two or more of those contacts could claim up to $425, and anyone who received a mailed or emailed notice was treated as eligible without proof.
