Capital One agreed to pay $425 million over claims it held 360 Savings rates down while paying new customers more on a near identical account. Anyone who held 360 Savings between September 18, 2019 and June 16, 2025 is in the class, with nothing to file.
Final approval came April 20, 2026 and payments were due around July 21, 2026. They did not start. A class member appealed in June 2026, and the official site says payments will be substantially delayed, potentially by more than a year.
Where it stands
Opt-outs closed March 30, 2026 and final approval came April 20, 2026. The June 2026 appeal asks a higher court to undo the settlement. Payments have not started and no replacement date is posted.
When checks usually go out
The judge grants final approval, an appeal window of about 30 days runs, the administrator finishes checking claims, then checks or electronic payments go out. Each step takes weeks to months, and a single appeal can add a year. Here the appeal is the block.
How much it pays
Your share depends on the interest you lost. Payments of $5 or more go by check or electronic payment to the primary account holder; anything under $5 is not mailed.

Nothing was filed, so there is no confirmation number. Keep your address current with Capital One. Early release offers for a fee are scams; the administrator pays at no cost.
